I didnt notice any difference im afraid, dis nothung for me and had three months of supplements . Also super expensive at £30 each time , be cheaper to buy individual supplements . Will not he purchasing again If around even £20 i would consider giving it longer , but £30 a month which is £360 a tear is excessive

I have pmdd and these help alot i ha ve recommend them to everyone

So far so good - great to have all suppliments covered in 1 capsual. They smell amazing and the packaging is pleasing. Have only been taking for 2 weeks but feel better and sleeping better. Luteal phase will be interesting
