Repair for Gaggia Anima Prestige

Gaggia Technical Support basically pointed me to Whole latte love videos - for diagnosis and repair. They have an amazingly clear video on how to approach and read the error codes to diagnosis the issue. I then checked with their technical staff (fast response) on what I found - and they supported me with how to order the part I needed. It was shipped to me promptly and their video on disassembly and install (a new flow meter - per diagnostic E05) took about 2-3 hours - works perfectly - thank you Whole latte love.
