I’m an engineer by profession, so I figured replacing the door hinge was a relatively easy undertaking. The exact part arrived quickly after I ordered it. Unfortunately I ran into a snag with trying to release the left side panel of my machine. I called Whole Latte Love service wonderful woman on the phone Immediately sent me a video and explained exactly how to do just that, released the side panel so that you can replace internal parts. Apparently I’m not the only one who encountered this problem :-)

Ordered from the website, parts arrived in 3 days. Was a bit confused how to replace. Reached out and was sent a link. Watched it and within 30 minutes had my machine up and running. Fantastic CS will continue to shop here.

Above and beyond
I ordered parts and was struggling with the repair. I sent them an email asking for help and they replied with instructions and an instructional video. I was grateful.
