I didn’t get to use it as it was a gift. The sales associate (Rachel maybe??) was awesome! She was so patient with me and had soooo much information answering every question! The knife was so nice, I even bought the book LOL! Can’t wait to buy one for myself!

Koishi Santoku - a welcome addition

The Koishi Santoku is the third addition to my Koishi collection. It soon becomes my knife for most jobs except the ones with special needs. As like its siblings, it is razor sharp and beautifully finished. Special thanks to Binh An who showed me multiple knifes from different makers and explained the differences.
