Great All-Purpose Knife

I chose this knife after talking with the helpful people at their shop in Taito. I really like the look, feel, and sharpness of the carbon steel knife. I have been using it regularly and find it to be one of the best knives I have ever used. I liked it so much that I ordered the matching vegetable knife. Both are very well made and of high quality.
