A Dose for Meno

I have always struggled with bloating hot flushes menopausal for a long while now .i started taking these few days before I went on holiday and then now carried on and I really do think they are helping and plan to carry on .

Less Brain Fog

I've been taking a Dose for Meno for almost 3 months now after trying various other brands for help with perimenopause symptoms. I have noticed my "Brain Fog" has reduced, I still have the odd moment when my brain gives up, but generally I feel a lot clearer. I also feel calmer although I am still quite snappy at times. I haven't seen any improvement with feeling hot at night or during the day and I'm still craving foods and am bloated the majority of the time. I shall persist with the tablets and see if there is further improvement in the coming months.

Only started these pills a few days ago so too early to say if there is a difference in my menopause but hopefully be as good as the dose for bloating and blocked bellies as these are amazing.
