I originally thought you just took these when you have a bloated tummy. I soon realised that you have to commit and take them regularly to see results. I am on day 12 and can already see a difference. The bloating is so much less and I feel way more comfortable.

Have been using this for a while and could not be without it!! It’s a regular re purchase and a lifesaver on holiday and could not be without it my stomach feels so much better!!

Used for 1 week and didn’t get the uncomfortable feeling when eating like I usually get. Only got a small amount of tablets to try as I react to many things but haven’t with these. Going to order the larger dose. The only thing I did notice was bad heartburn at the start but it eased as I continued to use them. Will review again after taking them on holiday in 2 weeks time!
