Fresh is way beyond the bitters of restaurant offerings.
A Canlis salad is one of my favorites and no longer available at my go to spot for it. A mix of lardons, frisee, croutons, and soft poached egg as the dressing (maybe a splash of vinaigrette?). A full delicious meal. So I had to order the frisee.
