USDA Prime Boneless Strip

The USDA Prime Boneless Strips cooked on the grill using B and B charcoal were superb. They always are and are on par with Jeff Ruby's in Nashville. Burgers are also fantastic. Wil Weisenfelder

Steaks are fine, but packaging was the worst I have gotten. Shipping box was I guess too big and all the products, steaks and burgers were thrown about because the individual boxes are not sealed.

Almost perfect strip steak. I would prefer a thicker cut ( 1.75 inches). But the meat was good , nicely marbled and tasty.
