Smoked Pork Chops (Kassler Rippchen), 8 oz.

While the food is wonderful, I feel that the business itself and the website are lacking. My father-in-law was starting radiation on a cancerous tumor, and I ordered him a package of pork chops and bacon. I ordered the middle of one week and unfortunately, they did not have any deliveries until the following Monday. I went ahead and selected Monday and did not realize that it wasn’t an actual delivery date but a shipping date. The actual delivery date was two days later and now my father-in-law is on hospice and in a coma. The products were intercepted and refrigerated, so they will not go bad. But it was supposed to be a special gift for him at the end of his life since he’s the one that introduced me to this company and these pork chops. I have written to the company and haven’t gotten any satisfaction.

We have been ordering from Amana for some time now. These pork chops were a first time purchase and we absolutely loved them. We have lived on both East and West coast, Michigan and now West Texas and have had our items shipped to us 2nd day and NEVER a problem. I recommend you gove them a try.
