Absolutely the best knife I have ever bought! I have owned a knife this SHARP! I can cut wafer thin slices from a pork tenderloin, or a beef roast - Amazing for sure! A very nice complement to my 12” Shogun knife!

So far, its true to the commercials. I've used it daily, and I can still slice a grape paper thin while holding it with zero resistance. I'm gonna cut a water melon next.
