I paid for a prime piece of meat. Couldn’t even cut through it because there was so much fat and cartilage. Almost wasn’t able to serve to my guests. I will never order from this company again.

Great looking roast

I haven't tried yet but I did cut this beautiful cut in half (it's massive!). From my observation, it has excellent marbling color and texture. I can't wait to try it! Also, an great value!
