Great chorizo

Even my picky South American husband was pleased with this product—not too spicy, not too greasy, but very tasty!

Different and delicious!

Unlike Spanish/Portuguese versions, this chorizo does not rely on garlic and smoked paprika for its signature flavor; what you taste is the pork itself. I microwave a sausage like this for 1 minute (to heat up the inside), then pan-fry for 3-5 minutes; the result is unexpectedly juicy. A great addition to any sausage platter!
