I found out about Liposomal through my daughter. I take one every day and have noticed the difference with my skin looking so much fresher. I would agree with others that is very easy to take - I use a small shot glass with a small amount of water. Simple.

A good price from Oceans Alive for this product. I have used this for a couple of months now and all good - just be aware if you want to avoid soy that this is an ingredient. Taste not unpleasant.
