Results inconclusive

I've been taking this for a month and honestly I've not really noticed any difference. That being said, I'm only 36 so there's a good chance that this is more prevention than cure but I've not had any adverse effects either.

Don’t know if I feel any different as it’s only been 32 days and I don’t go to the gym to see a difference in my workouts but my skin seems good but I take multiple other things aswell. Nmn is something I take because I think it will help me age slower not necessarily see a big immediate change when I’m on them for a month. Great price though and will get again
