Welzo Ultra Purity L-Glutamine

Early days yet

So far I haven’t felt any improvement after 3wks but who knows what is going on within and this product may not be what my body needs. I purchased l-glutamine because I’m post menopausal and after exercise I suffer from lots of aches and stiffness that I don’t seem to recover from easily plus cramps in the evening. I have also been suffering with lots of bloating for several years and thought it might help with that too. When I started taking the supplement I initially took the suggested dose and I noticed I had more bloating than usual so I withdrew for a few days and started with a smaller dose, luckily you can undo the capsule so I can slowly build up the dose. This company seems like a lovely company to deal with and are keen to give the best possible service. I don’t feel I’m the best place to give a proper review yet and the only reason I am is because the company has asked me to on several occasions. But if you’re interested I’d definitely give it a try as the product is very clean and small companies put far more love into their products and customers service.
