All-Natural Beef Jerky - Pastrami

So Tasty!!

Great bag of jerky! Taste great and cut into thin pieces, as I like my jerky that way. My only complaint but this applies to most jerky is that it’s too moist. I love the old school truck driver jerky. You know, the long thin sheets that are pretty dry. I open my bags of jerky and let them sit for a few weeks before eating them to get them to dry out a bit more. This is all personal preference. This jerky is great and I will buy some more in the. Ear future.

Pastrami Jerky is the best.

Just what I expected. Perfect flavor, moist and easy to chew.

Hints of pastrami

Definitely picked up on hints of pastrami throughout the bag but it didn't scream it to me. Also picked up on the mustard at times. Overall, I enjoyed it but my toes didn't curl and I don't plan on ordering it in bulk as I had hoped. I have made my own jerky from corned beef and it was beyond salty so I can give this a definite plus for the fact that it's saltiness wasn't overbearing.
