Good. I don't think it's better than the venison jerky. But that's my taste

Loved the hot pepper and thin chewy consistency of this jerky. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that rather than sending a 1 lb bag they sent 7 2.5 oz bags. A bit over a pound but a pain to keep opening individual bags.

Salty tough and a pleasant spice
