Disappointed in Terre Celesti

Disappointed to leave a poor review here. I used to really enjoy Dragonfly coffee and was a frequent customer around 2019 when they won Micro Roaster of the Year. This bag of Terre Celesti did not live up to that standard. A medium roast should retain a flavor profile, yet this was definitely a dark roast, and I’m finding beans that are completely scorched in the bag. Overall the taste is burnt and is more like what you’d expect from an average grocery store coffee. Hope this was just a bad batch and not a reflection of Dragonfly overall.

Good Neutral Blend for Mornings

Very good blend of coffee beans. This my standard blend for early mornings. The tasting notes are my neutral than my later morning coffee choices, but it is works well with breakfast.
