For the First Time - Very Disappointed In This Coffee

I've probably ordered this coffee ten times from Dragon, but this time it arrived in very poor condition. Instead of shiny "wet" beans which I knew were recently roasted, I received a 2lb bag of dull-looking dried up beans. They don't taste great. I reached out to Dragon to complain. They responded nearly one week later with a 20% off coupon. What? Buy more dried up beans? I don't think so.
