Pepper (Coarse Cracked)

Great for Meat Stock

I've been making meat stock regularly for health reasons and this pepper is perfect for it. It makes a lovely spice and finish that lingers in the mouth so beautifully.

Along with every other spice and jar from this company, I love the black pepper, too. It has great flavor! The granules are much larger than I expected out of a “ground” pepper, so if you like a really fine black pepper just know that this is not it. The grounds are just slightly larger than their sea salt. I am very happy with it and use it almost daily!

I tell people about how I can stick my spices on my fridge door and their eyebrows go up, up, UP! Quality stuff, too. Love the roasted paprika and cracked black pepper in particular.
