Ramen only WISHES it was this good! Replace seasoning packets, I have a tin in my camp kitchen, throw it in soup. It's punchy, bold and amazing! Sprinkle it on buttered bread or pasta, over fried eggs!

I can’t seem to stop placing additional orders for these fresh smelling and tasting spices and in the best containers! Oh, I think I see some empty space on my wall plates for more jars…

For several years I have been ordering from Gneiss Spices/Beth. First of all the spices have been fresh & fragrant. Secondly the large jars make filling & measuring for cooking a breeze. Thirdly, the way the magnetic tops make it easy to organize the spices on a wall or a refrigerator wall. Plus I have received compliments on the "wall" of spices. If you like or have been to South America and have had chimichurri the Gneiss brand is the closest to homemade I have ever had without all the chopping. I just added a neutral oil & red wine vinegar to your taste and let the flavors blend for about an hour. We are stocking up to have with our main course of beef.
