New basic
I bought the Grains of Paradise and a grinder after reading about it on the Gneiss website. I have been using it with salt and pepper on everything, adds a bit of savory depth.

Grains of freshness
I have never used grains of paradise before, but heard how lovely it can be added to baked goods. When I was ready to make bread pudding I ordered some refills from Gneiss Spice since I knew I would get fresh, quality spices. Since last year I've replaced most of my store bought herbs and spices with Gneiss Spice.

Great quality
Everything about this is great! The jars make a wonderful display in my kitchen, and the grains of paradise is one of my all time favorite spices to cook with. Planning on getting more jars and spices in the near future!
