Energy Gels

The product its self is very good, if your looking for a high performance energy gel ? This is definately one to look at. Finding a gel that has 40grams of carbs plus to versions that have different levels of salt os amazing !! I have noticed after a couple of months of use these gels. The durability of the gel packet is it no so great, i have had a fair number of gels now that have burst whilst carrying these in my running belt. I am unsire if its the bouncing of the gel or the pressure of it sitting behind another gel. Which is far from ideal, meaning i am losing fuel due to this This is something i have never experienced wifh other gels. And for me durability os a gel packet is very impotant abd it is lacking here

very good, easy on the stomach, riding with them in bottles mixed with water works a treat. Just having the one product whether running or cycling makes it easy to track.

Nice to have choice about salt content. The gel is very easy in the digestive system... absolutely love the honey taste. Thanks for a great product. Will recommend to all my running buddies as we practice our fueling for Dublin marathon in October.
