Get product which genuinely hits the spot

I have used a number of different gels and caffeine products for weight training, and find these both easy take, and whilst the effect isn't immediate you do start to feel it gradually within a few minutes and then it is consistent over quite a while. I personally had a drink with the gel, but the taste is quite nice. Buying the bundle makes this product cost effective and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for something to assist your training, especially if like me you train after a long day at work.
