Great Decision!

I had a set years ago for planitar facitis and the really helped. Am now using them for pain relief when I wear below par shoes. They work! And they are easy to pack if traveling.

I’ve always had narrow heels, and they cut into all my shoes, cutting up yhe shoes, giving me blisters, and forcing me to tighten my shoes too tight to compensate, causing mid-foot problems for decades. Who knew that there was a simple fix for $13! Thanx!

My Chiropractic highly recommended these so I am sure they are a good product; but, for me they would not stay in place and so I ended up having a wad in the back of my shoes. But I would suggest for others to give them a try, if they stay in place they would be helpful.
