Always a pleasure

It is always a pleasure to buy something from someone who knows more than you do. I went into the new Seisuke store with a dozen or so questions about knives I had already purchased, knives I wanted to purchase, sharpening stones and the function of leather straps. For example, I wanted to know if an antique triangular stone would work to sharpen a serrated knife I had purchased else where. Without hesitation the sales person/expert said that would work but that is not how we do it. He said the triangular stone was no longer available. And the questions went on and on without pause. I ended up making two purchases. I wish more small focused stores like this were located in Tigard.

Comfortable grip, sharp knife

I like the grip and the performance of it. Very sharp. I use it for everything.
