I haven’t used this knife yet, but I will soon since BBQ is finally here!! I have other cleavers in my knife set, but this one looks absolutely beautiful!! The finish on this knife is by far the best in my knife set and the only thing missing is a Dalstrong knife roll to put it in …. hint hint!!
