My guys love with knife on carving stations, just used it for derby and did 10 prime ribs. One little thing we do wish th handle was a little longer, maybe an inch or two.

I haven’t gotten to use it but for a brisket. It did well and when it comes to carving I’ll be using it more.

I really like all your products i can just feel the quality and craftsmanship! I will be buying more of there products and i have sereral now! The best!
