I'm a very low carb person, and these bars only have seven! And high fat to help satiate hunger, and they are crunchy!

They taste good. However, at tines, they taste slightly rancid because the macadamias may be too old.

Wonderful bar for a quick delicious snack. I keep them in my car, hiking pack and purse.
