Better Fiber

Product is fine but the "every 30 days" concept is flawed. I just received another 30 day supply and now have 2 full bottles and 1/2 of the one currently in use.

I was given these same ingredients 50 years ago and it was an awful tasting addition to my smoothies....so I am very happy that the capsules do the trick without the taste. It is delivered ea month so I don't have to scour stores to find something like it. thank you....

Better Fiber has been a life changer for me as well as the Magnesium citrate. Have never been consistently regular my whole life. Now I am. Not something I like writing about, but it helps some else it's worth it.
