Optimum Shilajit

To tell you the truth I’m undecided. After I purchased, I read up on Shilajit and found that you should make sure you’re purchasing a purified, third part tested product. I do see it’s 3rd party tested but it was worrying to me how tarry it is. Purification is important because otherwise you can risk being contaminated with heavy metals, arsenic etc. I bought another product that is purified and comes in capsules. I’ve been taking one of each but I also began using creatine. Something is giving me noticeably more energy. Not sure which, but I’m happy.

Long time customer here! I genuinely adore Optimum Shilajit! The longer I use it the benefits (ranging from better calm focus to stronger nails and hair) I notice and the more my body craves it despite the unique taste. What’s fascinating to me is how well researched this substance is and how knowledgeable and committee the team (aka Noah) is! Very excited to see how far the brand has come 😊
