Love the Fungi

I have tried all 5 types of dried mushrooms offered and I've enjoyed all of them although the Enoki mushroom isn't prepared and packaged for ease of use. The other drawback is shipping time. I thought I gave enough time for my order to arrive before I ran out of my current supply. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive my order and I live Central U.S. The company needs to work on decreasing the time from order placement to receipt. But the product is worth the wait.

I love mushrooms. I’ve never eaten wood ear mushrooms before but they were delicious. I’m in love with Ramen Bae. Thank you for the great buy.

The taste was very good, but once again I over did it on the amount I put into my noodles. Would be nice maybe if you gave a recommendation on what amount for whatever the amount of noodles. Looking forward to my next bowl so I can go easy on the Wood Ear Mushrooms.
