Scallops in Galician Sauce

Very Good!

These scallops were a real treat. The sauce is tasty but not overpowering at all. The scallops are sweet, with a really pronounced scallops flavor, complimented by the peppery, oniony, garlicky flavor of the sauce. We had them with the Ekone smoked oysters on a lavish charcuterie board and the were fantastic.

Fresh, Mild Oceanic Flavor, Tender

Extremely fresh tasting, Mild taste of the sea, and Superbly tender. They have just enough firmness to chew, but they certainly weren’t chewy. Another review suggested serving them warm, and I think that would be the absolute best way to enjoy them. This was also my first time trying tinned seafood! Can’t wait to shop again!
