Small Scallops in Olive Oil w/ Garlic & Chili

Good but not Outstanding

Nice texture. Generous size. I liked the slivers of garlic in the tin. I ate them with a tomato and lettuce salad and crackers. I used lime juice and oil from the tin to dress my salad. The heat from the pepper in the tin was present, but more of an after thought. I'm giving this a 4 because I had a similar tin from a different brand last week that blew me away. I'm not sure that's fair to this tin, but in a contest, I would chose the other brand.
