My take

I bought this product because I started practicing OMAD twice a week , the contents of this product was probably the right amount of supplements I needed but I only use them on OMAD days, my usual diet during the rest of the week is pretty healthy.

I haven't taken the Multi vitamin long enough to notice a difference. However, one issue I have with several supplements I've purchased here is they all are a clear capsule. They all look alike except maybe darker or lighter in color, or a different size capsule. No identification on them at all.
