Yabukita is fresh, approachable and easy to drink with subtle floral and fruity notes. While I personally prefer richer and more distinctive flavor profiles, I think this would be a great choice for someone looking for a balanced everyday matcha or an introduction to ceremonial matcha.

So far, I’ve tried this one and the OG. Between the two, this one is my favorite! I still have way more matchas to try from this brand but so far it is off to a very good start!!!
