Lovely ways to sear and broil on the Current Grill. I do wish there were larger size options because you may be limited in what you can cook in the smaller sizzle plates.

Griddle plates

These plates are very good. Grilled peaches, fish and vegetables on the plates. Perfect if you have small quantities and do not want use the grill directly. Clean up was relatively easy as plates are small enough to fit in sink. Good purchase.

Very Useful, perfect sizes

I use this in my existing pizza oven which reaches well over 900 degrees! I put the sizzle plate in the oven to heat it up nice and hot, then put your steak on it to really sear it to perfection! Also great for veggies. Made solid, and the included handle that attaches and detaches makes it very easy to handle. Price for the 3 plates and handle is extremely modest, especially given the quality. Definitely recommend, without hesitation.
