Ekster Wallet

Zero customer service I have been using an Ekster wallet now for several years and I love them. Unfortunately, the mechanism that ejects the cards goes faulty after some time. My wallet suffered this fate. It comes with a “lifetime”warranty” so I contacted Ekster to discuss my options. They did not reply so I contacted them again and no reply. After a week of not hearing from them I contacted them one last time and again they didn’t reply. This is unacceptable! And I expect more from such a big company and a company that values itself on customer service. If you buy a product from them don’t expect them to even reply back.

Compact, flexible, and sleek. I expected this one to be metsl or plastic, but leather works fine too. Just be sure not to stretch the item too much. Wallets like this deserve respect.

Great product, excellent customer service

My husband and son are crazy about the Ekster wallet. One has the brown and the other has black. Striking in appearance and the slender design makes it great to carry whether dressed up or in casual athletic wear.
