Solid choice for a desk chair

I searched for months for a chair that was ergonomic as well as attractive, had good reviews, AND I needed a chair whose seat height could go up to 23-24”, which none do. (except drafting chairs). I worked a long time with the customer service dept. (Armand, you’re the best), figuring out which chair was best for my needs. I liked that this chair had silicone leather, which, while not real leather, is a much higher quality material that won’t crack and peel as quickly (or at all) as regular PU. Back to the seat height issue. Armand ran my issue through the technical department, who located a pneumatic lift I could use in place of the one meant for the chair, and gain the extra seat height needed. IT WORKED. My husband is so happy with this chair, comfortable, classy and adjusts to his needed height. Thanks for all the help, we love this purchase. If it wasn’t for the excellent customer service, I’d have moved on and still be looking for a chair!
