Footrest Series LR002

Love it!! But after a year i bought it the gas cylinder just stop for no reason. I cant lift anymore i always had it down but since i bought a higher desk sadly the chair wont lift anymore. Tried to contact no answer.

This was definitely a great product. The instructions were super simple. Fast shipping too! Easy installing. Very comfortable. The pillows were a nice touch. The only reason that I am not putting 5/5 stars is because I had ordered the blue color… but it came in black. I totally understand due to the fact that I personally had some shipping issues with accidentally putting my PO Box instead of my address. The customer service team did a fantastic job by emailing me immediately. Lastly, amazing product and I do wish it came in the blue.

Chair broke in a week, horribke product, missing parts, little to no support in getting a replacement and all the necessary parts
