The frame and smith machine are nice the cross functional trainer isn't gym quality. It was constructed with cheap hollow guide rails and bushings which leads to less than smooth operation. The machine I have at my other house is a better due to the quality of the solid guide rails. Plus it has linear bearings instead of bushings.
