T-bar Linear Row Machine S7

Absolutely enjoying this machine. Smooth pull, and I didn’t think I’d like the variable handles as much. Then I started playing around with the different handles and they really hit hard in a good way. Seriously 5 out of 5 with this one. Easy assembly too. Also a side note for those who are taller. I’m 6’6” and when I straighten my arms and stretch my back into a fully lengthened position I don’t bottom out the machine.

Ive only used it once so far. Ive found im able to isolate and really focus on my back. The chest support means no longer getting sore lower back from heavy pulls or having to wear a belt for support. The grip options allow me to target areas nicely

The metal and paint quality isnt the best but it works really good and the differnt grips are really nice was super easy to set up did it myself with another person would be quicker.
