8" Easy Handle Meal Prep Knife

I generally like the knife. It is very sharp and seems capable of holding its edge well. The knife is smaller, in hand, than I expected. That's a good thing because it is more maneuverable. I also use the knife to scrape up the chopped material which saves me reaching for another kitchen tool. The finish and quality are top notch. I am quite satisfied with my purchase even though it doesn't fit in my knife bloc. lol

First time user of the Japaknives and my wrist says thank you. I love that the knife automatically positions my hand in a comfortable angle and I didn’t need to adjust my hand as I sliced and diced.

It's working well! I definitely find it easier to cut through the vegetables and meats. I was disappointed with the length of time it took to arrive, taking over 5 weeks without any updates. But I'll move on!
