Not happy

I realized there is a chip in the stone and when I asked for a replacement, they said 4-8 weeks. I bought this to use on Fridays with my grandchildren to make memories. 4-8 weeks is crazy to wait. Why not just send a whole new one and I can return this one? I just want a machine that I can keep using.

There is a learning curve to master with the pizza dough, but this baby can make a pizza better and faster than you can have delivered. Phenomenal performance. You can’t do a deep dish because of how close the top heating element is to the dough, but for New York or ckassic Naples pies…. Incredible. It also stows and cleans up nice once it cools.
