the package wasn't great. the boxs both looked like they've been dropped or crushed and there was a thick layer of dust on them like they sat in the corner of a warehouse for quite some time. but the product is great. works very well.. not much for instructions on how much water per how many eggs you're cooking or how much time to cook if you wanted runny yoke or fully cooked. it's all just a guess. I just filled it with water and set a 15 min. timer and they came out great!

Cheap plastic camera add very misleading - stay with pot of boiling water and then ice bath for better results

I followed the directions, set it for 10 minutes, took an egg and put it in the shell remover thing, shook it and the egg was RAW. I threw it in the garbage because it’s not worth the hassle to return it
