Pilates Reformer with Tower

I haven’t used the reformer long enough to give a 5 star rating. I will offer this: the short board, when adjusted to rest on the stopper for my leg length seems to be such a short distance from board to stoppper. If I place the stopper further away my feet can’t reach the long loops to do leg work. Also, the springs…red, yellow, green…what is the weight they each suggest. And lastly…I was expecting a booklet with varying sequences. I.E., if I want to do a 40 min. workout I could use a sequence/an order of movements that would take about 40 mins. Yes, I know there are videos on UTube but I want to read what the Oder of workout is. I was looking forward to that. If there is such a thing I would love to have one.

It would have been 5 Stars if there were more detailed Instructions on assembling the Reformer… It would also be helpful to add a brief video on the various placements of the metal coils and brief description of how you change them around for different exercises. On the whole I am extremely impressed with the excellent quality of entire Reformer. I have been taking Pilates twice a week for 21 years and at age 81 it has veritably saved my life!!

Beautifully made reformers and towers! Clients are loving how smooth, solid and comfortable they are and I can't wait to see how these hold up! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
