Whole Ostrich Fan

Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal!! Better than beef tenderloin! We made sure not to over cook it…kept it medium rare, which made all the difference. This will be a top choice for all special family/friend dinners!! Excellent quality :)

Another home run.

Haven't tried the fan fillet yet. But immediately thawed out ground ostrich. Made two ethnic specialties, Stuffed Bell Peppers and Golumpkis. Will not enjoy either of them with plain old ground beef again. Haven't decided on how we are going to cook the fillet. As I am typing this the neck bones are cooking for tacos.

Fantastic

Having had Ostrich once before, I knew what we were getting. Well, I thought that I did, this was fantastic! The packaging was perfect, the meat was correctly frozen for the shipment. When this was served to our guests, I did not tell anyone what they were dining on. All around, well loved. Some of the group were surprised it was Ostrich as they assumed it would be like chicken and not red meat. The point is, this is a great meat source.
