Mussels in Marinara with Capers

I really wanted to like this more

I really wanted to love this. The flavors are there but the texture is of a liver pate. Not sure if it was the time in the tin with the acids or what. Beautiful packaging, incredible flavor, just a big texture thing for me. I really wanted the original muscle texture.
