The Space Ranger

The backpack is amazing! It distributes weight exceptionally well (160 lbs, 5’10”, regular size fits great. I can’t remember my hip belt size, but likely medium). I’ve loaded it with around 35 pounds during training hikes, and it still carries comfortably. It’s also easy to grab a water bottle from the side pocket while wearing the pack. I also added the shoulder pocket, water bottle pocket, and Y-strap, and all have been great additions. Some people have mentioned that the hip belt pockets can’t be closed with one hand. I can always open them with one hand, but only close them one-handed about half the time. If you don’t unzip the pocket all the way, it’s often easier to close with one hand. One downside is that the hip belt pocket attachment strap broke after about five days of use. Fortunately, the pocket also clips into the hip belt, so the strap isn’t necessary. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase. The backpack has performed exceptionally well, and shipping was fast.

Look and build quality are a 10/10. Carries 30+lbs of gear super comfortably. Everything you wish you could get from the bigger brands with better quality at an actually accessible price. Not to mention the amazing customer service.

I love my Space Ranger! I got one for my girlfriend and had to get one for myself as well.
